Our main spot for M/S K.R.Anand Engineers & Contractor is at House No. B-65, Gali No. 10. We are located in Swaroop Nagar, right off the G.T. Karnal Road in Delhi. The pin code is 110042. This has been our permanent address for a long time. Being so close to the G.T. Karnal Road means there is a constant hum of traffic and big trucks passing by. Our office is just a regular house in the lane. We don't have a lobby with a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make some tea on a small stove in the corner. We are in the engineering and contracting business, which means we are usually busy with a lot of technical details. Swaroop Nagar is a crowded area, and Gali No. 10 can be a bit tight for parking, but we make it work. We have a few desks, some old computers, and shelves piled high with project files from over the years. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe our day. We just show up, look at what needs to be built or fixed, and we get to it. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the Delhi heat makes it even tougher. But we’ve been here at B-65 for years, and we don't plan on going anywhere. It’s just a local business doing what it knows how to do.
