Mogami Soft And Automations Llp is based at Property Number C-11 in Rana Pratap Bagh. This is in the Pitampura area of North Delhi. We do not work out of a huge industrial park or a tall glass building. Our office is in a more residential-feeling street, which makes the morning commute a bit more pleasant. The space itself is quite basic. We have a few rooms where we have set up our computers and some whiteboards for jotting down notes. It is not a polished corporate environment. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some scribbled diagrams. We do not wear suits or follow strict office rules. We mostly just show up in our everyday clothes and get to work. There is a small area where we keep a kettle for making tea and a microwave for our lunches. It feels very much like a small, independent operation. We do not have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so you know you are at the right place. Most of the people working here have been together for a while, so we know each other well. We do not bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to have a decent day at the office.
