Modkit International

Modkit International is located at B 932 in Ashok Vihar Phase I. This is a residential and commercial mix area, so it’s a bit quieter than some other parts of the city. We’ve been at this address for several years now. The space we have at B 932 is where everything happens. It’s where we keep our stock and where we do our paperwork. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff coming in and going out. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know how to get things done. Most of the time, we’re just busy packing boxes or checking our inventory. Ashok Vihar is a nice place to work. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick lunch. We don’t really have a showroom or anything like that. People usually call us first or come by because they already know what they want. The office isn't very modern. We have some old wooden desks and shelves that have been here since the start. It’s a bit dusty, but it feels like a real workplace. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just focus on making sure the orders are right. Sometimes we stay late on Saturdays to catch up. That is just how it goes when you run your own thing. We're happy to be here in Phase I. It's a solid place for us and we like the routine we have established over time.
