Our office is tucked away in the Loko Shed Railway Colony over here in Kishan Ganj. It’s at L-2-L, and if you aren't looking closely, you might miss the turn. Being near the railway colony means we hear the trains rattling by all the time. Delhi-110006 is a crowded part of the city, but we like it here. We do a lot of stuff with mobile info and media things. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks working through lists and data. Mobicare Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a big name, but we are just a small group of people. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, to be honest. We spend most of our time staring at screens. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We’ve got some old fans that make a lot of noise. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle for making chai. People come by to ask about phone stuff or just to see what we are doing in this corner of the colony. It’s a quiet life mostly, despite the train whistles. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure the info we send out is right. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s our job. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. We’ve grown fond of the sounds of the colony and the people who walk by every day to go to the station.
