You can find us at Plot No 2185 in Mukherjee Nagar. We are quite close to Hotel Samrat, which is the easiest way to explain where we are if someone is asking. The office is basically a hub for fixing and looking after computers. It’s usually filled with a mix of old parts and new machines waiting to be sorted out. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a bunch of salespeople waiting at the door. Most of the time, we’re just at the back working on a motherboard or trying to recover some lost data for someone. It gets a bit dusty with all the fans running, but that’s part of the job. The neighborhood here is always moving, and we get all sorts of people walking in with their laptops. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen all kinds of tech come and go. It’s a simple setup—a few workbenches, some tools, and enough light to see what we’re doing. We don’t really bother with big advertisements or anything. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could help. It’s a practical way to run things. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we don’t mix up the screws. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the community around here, honestly.
