If you've ever been down to Bazar Sita Ram, you know exactly what it’s like around our office. We are located at 2236 Shamkar Gali, which is one of those narrow lanes where you really have to watch your step because of the rickshaws and people moving everywhere. It’s loud and it’s crowded, but that’s just Old Delhi for you. This space has been our base for quite some time now. We don't have air conditioning that works perfectly, so we keep the fans going and the doors open when the heat isn't too bad. The air usually smells like street food and exhaust, which is pretty normal for this part of the city. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything like that because most people who need to find us already know the way. Working here means you’re part of the chaos, and we’ve grown to like the rhythm of the bazaar. Every morning involves moving a few crates or parked bikes just to get the front door open. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper stacked up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just show up, do the work that’s piled up, and try to finish before the evening rush makes it impossible to leave the lane. It’s a very grounded way to spend your day-to-day life.
