Being over at 468 Dipanshu Colony in Jharoda Burari, things stay pretty steady for Manoj Kumar Gupta Co. This part of Delhi, especially around 110084, has its own pace that’s different from the center of the city. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and people in the colony mostly know where the building is. It’s not a huge place, just enough room to handle what needs doing without feeling too cramped. The street outside gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, which seems to happen more often lately. I usually start the morning by sweeping out the front step because of that. It’s a quiet enough area during the middle of the day, though the mornings are a bit of a rush with everyone heading out for work. Manoj Kumar Gupta Co is just a name on the door really, it’s the work inside that takes up the time. I keep some old chairs for when someone stops by to talk, but mostly it’s just staying busy with the daily tasks. Delhi 110084 is a long way from the big office blocks, which suits me just fine.
