Manet Gym

Manet Gym is located at 475 in Sector 8, Delhi. It’s not one of those massive fitness chains you see in the big malls. We are a local neighborhood gym where people actually know each other’s names and say hello. I started this place because I wanted a spot where people could just come and lift weights without any of the ego or fancy lights you find elsewhere. We have the basic equipment you need—dumbbells, a few benches, and some racks for squatting. It’s a bit loud with the music and the sound of iron hitting the floor, but that’s how a real gym should be. The floor is covered in thick rubber mats and we have some large fans to keep the air moving, though it still gets pretty hot in the peak of summer. We’ve been in Sector 8 for a while and most of our members live just a few blocks away. I’m usually there at the front desk or helping someone out with their form. We don’t have juice bars or fancy saunas here. It’s just a place to sweat and get a little stronger every day. The address is 110085, right in the heart of the sector. I try to keep the equipment in good shape, though things break sometimes and I have to fix them myself on the weekends. It’s a simple, honest gym for regular people who just want to stay fit and healthy.
