It is a local setup, run out of a house, which makes it feel much more personal than a big tech park. We spend our time working on code and fixing bugs, surrounded by the usual home-turned-office clutter. The street outside in Shastri Nagar can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings. We have our computers set up and we just spend the day typing away. Sometimes the internet is great, and other times we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of it. We are just a few people who know our way around software. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you are probably just going to see us sitting at our desks with coffee mugs. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We handle the calls ourselves and try to solve problems as they come in. It is not a glitzy job, but it is what we know how to do. Living and working in the same general area means we don't have to deal with the worst of the Delhi commute most days. It keeps things manageable and simple for everyone involved.
