Life Care Physiotherapy Clinic & Slimming Centre is located at Flat No 47 in Block E-3, Sector G2 of Narela. We are quite close to Bharat Mata School, so if you find the school, you are almost at our door. Delhi 110040 is where we call home. The clinic is inside a residential block, which gives it a more personal feeling than a hospital. We do physiotherapy and help people with slimming too. It’s a quiet enough area, though you can hear the kids at the school sometimes during the day. We have our equipment set up in the rooms of the flat. It’s not a huge facility, but it has what we need to help people move better and feel a bit healthier. We see a lot of people with back pain or folks who are trying to get back on their feet after an injury. We don't use any big words or complicated talk. We just show people the exercises and help them through it. The staff here is just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We know the regulars who come in every week for their sessions. It feels like a small community here in Narela. We keep the place simple and focus on the work. It’s just a local flat where we try to help our neighbors feel a bit better every day.
