Hope Physiotherapy Clinic

Our little clinic is over in the BH Block of Shalimar Bagh East, not too far from St. Rosier Public School. You can often hear the kids playing during recess if the windows are open. It’s a straightforward setup with some treatment tables and the usual exercise gear you’d expect for physiotherapy. We spend a lot of time helping people move better, whether it’s a stiff neck from a desk job or an old knee injury that acts up when the weather changes. The room is usually filled with the sound of fans humming and the occasional groan when someone is doing their stretches. We aren't a big fancy center with leather couches; it’s more about the mats and the resistance bands. Most of our neighbors from Shalimar Bagh know where we are because they see us walking to get tea in the afternoons. The space is clean but definitely looks lived-in because we are busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the schedule gets backed up if a session takes longer than we thought, but we try to keep things moving. It is just a few of us working here, trying to make sure people can walk home with a bit less pain than they had when they arrived. The parking can be a bit tight on this street, so most people just walk over if they live close enough.
