Healthy U Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic, Healthy U Physiotherapy Clinic, is located at B 2/45 in Phase 2 of Ashok Vihar. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood with plenty of activity outside our doors. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, check the treatment tables, and make sure the towels are clean. The space is filled with some basic exercise equipment and a few mats on the floor. Most people who come in are dealing with some kind of pain, so we spend the day helping them move around. It’s not a fancy spa or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s clean and it works for what we do. We hear the street vendors outside quite a bit during the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the room cool enough when the Delhi heat gets bad. We keep our records in a metal filing cabinet near the entrance. Usually, we are busy from morning until evening with different people coming in for their sessions. It’s a practical place where we just focus on the physical work. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know how to handle the equipment and help out. It’s just a normal day at the clinic in Ashok Vihar.
