Our Delhi office for Lea Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd is tucked away in House No 3341, Kucha Kash Giri in Bazar Sita Ram. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how tight the lanes are and how busy the markets get. It is an old area, full of history and a lot of noise. Getting things delivered here can be a bit of a nightmare for the drivers because the streets are so narrow. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is old but it stays relatively cool in the summer because the walls are thick. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting at our desks with a lot of paperwork. You can hear the sounds of the bazaar all day long—people shouting, rickshaws honking, and the general hum of the city. We don’t have much space for a lobby or anything like that.
