Knoway Ecom Private Limited is way up on the 4th floor of Plot No. 20. We are located in Hathi Khana, which is on Bahadur Garh Road in the Azad Market area of Delhi 110006. Being on the 4th floor means we get a lot of steps in every day because the lift isn't always reliable. Azad Market is an incredibly busy wholesale area, so the streets downstairs are always packed with trucks and rickshaws. Up here, it’s a bit more disconnected from the chaos below. We have a good view of the rooftops from our windows. The office itself is full of boxes and packing materials most of the time. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. We just have what we need to get through the work. The air is often thick with the smell of the market and street food from down below. Sometimes we order lunch from the local vendors on the ground floor. It's a tight-knit group here and we all chip in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or moving stock around. The 4th floor is our little world above the noise of Bahadur Garh Road. We just keep doing our thing and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the market hustle.
