Jhanvi Innovative Solutions Llp is based over in Shalimarbagh. We are up on the first floor at Am -196. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood spot, nothing too flashy. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us, and sometimes the landing is a bit dark if the bulb is out. We spend our days mostly at our desks or on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination and trying to figure things out for the people we work with. The office isn't huge, so we all hear each other's conversations, which can be a bit much when it's busy, but we get along alright. Shalimarbagh has its own rhythm, and we’re just part of that daily flow. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. There’s usually a tea stall nearby where we get our morning fix, and that's about as fancy as it gets. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the week. Some days are slow and we just catch up on paperwork, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, so the local delivery guys know exactly where to bring the mail. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. We keep the files organized as best we can and try to stay on top of the schedule. Shalimarbagh feels like home to us now, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the street pretty well.
