We’ve been setting up shop here at 410 in the Old Lajpat Rai Market for a while now. If you’ve ever walked through Chandni Chowk, you know how it gets. It’s crowded and loud but there’s a certain energy that keeps us going every day. Our space isn’t huge, just a regular unit filled with parts, cables, and screens. Usually, there’s someone at the desk trying to figure out a tech problem while a delivery guy waits by the door. Jed Infotech is just a group of us who know our way around hardware and software. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs, find the door, and we’re probably there drinking tea and looking at a motherboard. Sometimes the electricity flickers because it’s an old building, but we make it work. Customers come in looking for specific parts that are hard to find elsewhere. We spend most of our time testing things or talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and making sure the serial numbers match up. We like being in this part of town because everything you need is right around the corner. It’s not a corporate office park, it’s just a real place where work gets done. Most days we stay late just to finish off the backlog. It’s what we do. It isn't always pretty but it's our reality.
