Up in Bakhtawarpur Garhi, life moves at a different pace than the rest of Delhi. Jc Marwah Associates is located at House Number 834. It is not a commercial building, just a regular place where we have set up our workspace. Being in Delhi-36 means we are a bit far from the main city center, which we actually prefer. It is a lot less frantic. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep all our records and equipment. We do a lot of our thinking and planning here. It can get a bit dusty with the roads nearby, but that is just part of living in this area. We have a small team, and we all know each other's habits by now. Who likes the window open, who drinks too much chai, things like that. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and gets it finished. Most of our day is spent looking at documents and making sure everything is in order. It is steady work. We don't have fancy signs or a big marketing budget. People just know we are here at H.No 834. It is a practical arrangement that has worked for us for a long time. We plan to stay here as long as the building stands. It is home for the business and it feels right to stay local.
