Integrated Engineers & Contractors

Integrated Engineers & Contractors is located at Am-174, on the second floor. If you walk up the stairs, you'll find us there. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the team to sit down and figure out the schedules for the different sites we are working on. Most of the guys are out in the field most of the day, so the office can feel a bit empty sometimes. We have a lot of blueprints and tools lying around. Engineering work means a lot of checking and double-checking numbers. It can get stressful when things on a job site don't go exactly as planned, which happens more often than you'd think. We try to keep things organized but with all the different contracts going on, the paperwork piles up fast on the desks. We’ve been at this address for a bit. The second floor is nice because it’s away from the street noise, though the stairs can be a pain if you're carrying heavy equipment. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We focus on the building and the technical side of things. It's just a group of us trying to make sure the projects get finished. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It's basic work, nothing flashy about it at all. We just do what needs doing to keep the projects moving along.
