Inductis India Pvt Limited is situated in Rohini, Delhi. Specifically, we are at Block A2, House No 60-61 on the ground floor of Sector 8. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators. The area is quite residential but has a lot of small businesses tucked away. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The office isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space. We have our desks crammed in a bit, and the lighting could probably be brighter, but it serves its purpose. We deal with the usual Delhi heat and the noise from the street outside, but once you’re inside, it’s just a place to work. People walk by the windows all day and sometimes we see the same folks every morning. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person waiting to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up. It’s a very informal environment. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of our daily tasks. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We are just a group of people working out of a converted house in Rohini. It’s honest work and a simple place to do it. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing; we just get on with it. It’s just us.
