You can find us at 5598 in New Chandrawal, which is right by Kamla Nagar in Delhi. It is an old part of the city, very close to the university area, so there are always students and researchers walking by. Our office for the Indian Society For Applied Research Development is a modest one. We do not have any fancy glass partitions or modern art on the walls. It is mostly just books, old journals, and a few wooden desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time reading and writing reports. It is quiet work, for the most part. Sometimes we have small meetings where a few of us sit around and discuss different projects. We do not use a lot of complicated tech, just the basics to get our research down on paper. People who come to see us are usually interested in the same kind of niche topics we are. We do not have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. It is a very informal atmosphere. We are not worried about looking corporate or professional in the traditional sense. We just care about the work we are doing. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just keep plugging away at our research, day after day. It is a simple life focused on learning and documenting what we find.
