Ibm

We’ve been set up in Prashant Vihar for a bit now at Ibm. It’s a standard neighborhood in North Delhi, nothing too flashy or modern. Our space at A 306 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of tangled wires on the floor. We do various bits of work for the company, mostly on the computer. It’s a lot of typing and looking at screens all day long. The local market is close by, which is handy when we need to grab something quickly for the office. We aren't a big corporate office with a bunch of strict rules. It’s more laid back than that. We just expect everyone to do their part and not slack off. The air conditioning struggles a bit when it gets really hot in June, but we make do with some fans. We don't have any fancy mission goals or big words to talk about. We just have a list of things to finish by the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and other days we're out the door as soon as the clock strikes five. It’s a real place with real people working in Delhi 110085. Some of us have been here since the start, and others are newer, but we all just get along and get the work finished without much fuss or many meetings.
