We are located in Flat 140 at Agroha Kunj, which is right in Sector 13 of Rohini. It’s a pretty standard residential area, but we’ve turned this flat into a functional workspace for Ibm where we handle all our business. Living and working in New Delhi means you have to be ready for anything, from the weather to the sudden power cuts that happen once in a while. We have a small team here, and we’ve mostly been focusing on keeping our records straight and making sure everything is filed away properly. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to concentrate. We’ve got a couple of plants by the window that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. There isn’t much to say about the decor because it’s mostly just shelves and files. We don’t use fancy language or try to impress anyone; we just do our jobs and go home. Most people who visit us are local, so they know the landmarks around Sector 13 well enough. It feels good to be part of the local community here in Rohini. We just keep our heads down and work through whatever comes across our desks each day. It’s a simple setup that suits us just fine, and we are happy with how we’ve managed to keep things going here without any extra drama or stress.
