Hewitt Associates

We are over in Sector 16 of Rohini, specifically at I 7 20. It’s another part of Delhi 110085. Hewitt Associates has been in this area for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our office isn't anything to brag about. It's just a functional space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. We have a couple of old computers that take a few minutes to warm up in the morning. While they’re starting, we usually chat about what we did over the weekend. It’s a friendly atmosphere, not like those cold offices you see in movies. We have stacks of paper everywhere because we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. It’s easier to keep track of things when you can see them right in front of you. We don't have a fancy cleaning crew, so we usually take turns tidying up the place ourselves. It keeps us grounded and aware of our surroundings. The windows look out onto a quiet street, which is nice for when you need a break from looking at the screen. We don't have any big meetings or long presentations. If someone has a question, they just ask. We just want to get through our list of things to do and make sure everything is correct. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy.
