Hdfc is based at A 1 120 in Sector 16 of Rohini, Delhi 110085. We have been operating from this location for quite some time. The office is situated in a residential-cum-commercial area, which is typical for this part of the city. It’s a modest space, nothing like the high-rise buildings you see in other parts of Delhi. We have a couple of rooms where we have set up our workstations. The furniture is functional and a bit old, but it does the job. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a security guard at the door. You just come in and find us at our desks. There’s a lot of activity in the neighborhood during the day, with shops opening up and people commuting. We usually have the windows open when the weather allows it, though the noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes. We manage our own daily routines without any big corporate oversight. It’s just a small team of us handling the paperwork and whatever else comes up. We take our breaks at the local stalls nearby, where the food is cheap and good. It’s a very straightforward way to work. We don't have a big marketing budget or elaborate mission statements. We are just here at our desks in Sector 16, doing what we need to do to keep things running smoothly. It’s a plain, honest workspace for us and we like it that way.
