You can find us at 108 Gupta Tower in the Azadpur Commercial Complex. This area is always crowded with people and cars, so it’s a lively place to work. Our office is filled with computers, cables, and boxes of parts. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s not a quiet office by any means. There’s usually the sound of cooling fans and people talking about software or hardware issues. We help folks with their tech problems and try to get their systems running again. Sometimes a repair is quick, and other times we have to wait for a specific part to come in. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know most of the neighbors. The space is a bit cramped because we have so much equipment tucked into every corner. We don't really go for a sleek, modern look. It’s more of a functional workspace where the goal is just to get the job done. Customers come in with their laptops or questions about networking, and we just do our best to help them out. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but that’s just how computer work goes. We keep a pot of coffee going and stay busy from the time we open until we lock up at night. It’s just a regular tech shop in a busy commercial building.
