Grass Roots Research And Creation

Our place is called Grass Roots Research And Creation. We are situated at 8 16A Rajpur Road, in the EAC Flats in Delhi. It's an older part of the city, and the building has that classic feel to it. It’s not a high-rise glass tower. Instead, we work out of these flats which makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We do a lot of research work and creative stuff here. It’s a mix of sitting at computers and talking through ideas. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers and diagrams we have lying around. We’ve been here for quite some time, so we know the Rajpur Road area like the back of our hands. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a small team of us trying to do a good job on the research side of things. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up in the morning and start working on whatever is most urgent. Some days we get a lot done, and other days are a bit slower. That is just how it goes. If you come by the EAC Flats, you’ll see we are just regular people doing our thing. It’s a practical space for the kind of work we handle every day. We just try to keep things honest and get the research right for the people who ask us to help.
