Genpact

We are based over at H 24 Malkaganj, which is quite close to Hindu Rao Hspital in Delhi 110007. This part of the city is always moving, and you can hear the horns and the street life all day long. Genpact has been in this building for a while now. It’s an older structure, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a door that doesn't quite shut right. We don't mind much because it feels like home to most of us. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and a lot of wires. We handle a variety of administrative tasks here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The proximity to the Hspital means it’s a landmark everyone knows, so we never have trouble giving directions. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place to work. We have a lot of tea breaks to keep the energy up. The stairs are narrow, and carrying supplies up can be a bit of a workout. It’s a very local vibe, with small shops all around us where we grab snacks. We just focus on our spreadsheets and calls and try to keep things moving along. It is a bit worn out, but we like the familiar feeling of the place after all these years.
