Genpact

Our place is at 3796 Gali Nai Basti. It’s located in Pahari Dhiraj, right in the middle of Delhi 110006. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are. Gali Nai Basti is always humming with people and carts. Finding number 3796 can be a challenge for someone who isn't from here. The building is old, like most things in Pahari Dhiraj, but it’s sturdy. Genpact is what we call ourselves. We occupy a small part of the structure. It’s dusty outside but we try to keep the inside tidy. There’s a lot of history in these streets. We see the same tea sellers and shopkeepers every morning. It’s a very local atmosphere. The address 3796 Gali Nai Basti is where we show up every day. It’s not a place with air conditioning in every corner, just a lot of history and hard work. Delhi 110006 is a busy place to be. We are just one small door in a very long street. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some rooms where we keep our things and do our jobs. It’s a humble spot in Pahari Dhiraj. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the street just blend into the background while we work at Genpact. It is a tight squeeze but we make it work every day.
