We’re located at A 152 in Pocket 00 of Rohini Sector 2, right in the Lig Avantika area of New Delhi. It’s a typical Rohini neighborhood with lots of blocks and pockets that can be a bit confusing if you’re not from around here. Our office is a straightforward setup in one of the local buildings. We’ve been here for a while, managing different parts of the work for Genpact India. The space is functional, with enough room for our computers and the various files we need to keep track of. It’s not a shiny new building, but it serves our purpose perfectly fine for now. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big reception desk; you just walk in and see the team working. The area around Sector 2 is always busy with local markets and people going about their business. We usually take our breaks at the small tea stalls nearby or just sit inside if it’s too hot out. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it is in a busy environment. We try to keep things organized, though the shelves are always overflowing with folders. It’s a practical, local workplace where we focus on our daily targets and try to keep things running as they should without any unnecessary complications or corporate jargon.
