Genpact India Limited

We are based out of D 71 in the Green Valley Apartments in Rohini, Sector 18. Being in an apartment complex means it is a bit more relaxed than a high-rise office building. Genpact India Limited has had this spot for a bit. It’s a decent area of New Delhi, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check the emails, and work through the documents we have on hand. There are a lot of families living in the other apartments, so we try to keep the noise down. We aren't a big operation here, just a small group handling specific tasks. Sometimes we order food from the local dhabas when we have to stay a bit later. The space is a bit cramped with all the desks and files, but we make it work. It feels very local. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk up to the flat and we are there working. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Rohini is a big place, but Green Valley is a landmark most people around here know. We just focus on getting our work done right so we don’t have to do it twice. It is a quiet existence here in the apartments.
