Our place is at Jd 28B in Pitam Pura, which is in the northern part of New Delhi. The name of the firm is Fluor Daniel India Private Limited. We’ve been at this 110088 address for some time now. It’s a pretty standard office setup. Nothing too wild or modern. We mostly focus on our individual tasks and talk over lunch about whatever is going on. Pitam Pura is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on outside the window. We like being here because it’s convenient for most of us to get to in the morning. We don't have a lot of corporate jargon flying around. It’s just "did you finish that file" or "when is the next delivery." That kind of thing. The space itself is functional. We have enough room for the team and our gear. Sometimes it feels like we’ve always been in this building. It has that lived-in feel which we prefer over a cold lobby. We aren't trying to win any prizes for office design. As long as the lights work and the internet is up, we are good to go. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure the numbers match up. It’s honest work and we do it from this little corner of Delhi. We don't really change things up much unless we absolutely have to.
