We have been set up at B-21 in Sector 2 for quite a while now. It is a busy little corner of Noida, and the traffic outside our window never really seems to stop. Fcs Services Pvt Ltd is not the kind of place with glass walls or fancy coffee machines. It is just a standard office where we keep our desks and files. Mostly, our days go by answering the phone and trying to keep track of all the service requests coming in. The morning starts with someone usually running late because of the metro or a traffic jam on the main road. Instead of big formal meetings, we just sort of talk over the partitions and figure out what needs to get done. The furniture is a bit old, and the printer makes a weird noise, but it works fine for us. Sometimes people stop by looking for directions or asking about what we do. When that happens, we explain it simply without any of that corporate talk you hear these days. Lunch is usually something brought from home or a quick bite from the stalls around the corner. By the afternoon, the office gets a bit warm, but we just turn the fans up and keep going. We don’t have any big mission statements on the wall. We are just a group of people trying to do a decent job so we can head home on time. It is a basic, honest way to run a business. We just handle the work as it arrives.
