Our office is tucked away in Pocket 5B, Sector 8 in Rohini. If you know Delhi, you know how Sector 8 is. It is quite a crowded area with lots of shops and houses mixed together. We are at number 357. It is a bit of a climb to get to us, but we like it here. Falcon Eservices Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for some time. We handle a lot of different service requests every day. The phones ring quite a bit, and there is always someone typing away at a keyboard. It gets pretty loud when the neighborhood kids are playing outside in the afternoon. We drink a lot of chai here to keep us going. The Delhi summer is no joke, so the AC is always running, even if it makes a lot of noise. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of people who know each other well. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. Just some tables, chairs, and a lot of wires. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break until it comes back. It's just a normal day-to-day routine for us in 110085. We try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out, though we are usually buried in some project or another. It’s a practical way of working without too much fuss or extra polish.
