Our office is tucked away in Sector 3, Rohini. If you know New Delhi, you know how crowded it gets, especially around here. We’ve got this space where we handle all the operations for Fair Quality Services Pvt Ltd. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. I usually get in early to beat the heat, and the first thing I do is check the logbooks. It’s quiet for about an hour before the rest of the staff shows up and the phones start ringing. We spend a lot of time talking to people, trying to explain how the process works without making it sound too complicated. Sometimes we have to stay late when there’s a big pile of work to finish, and we just order some food and keep going. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to worry about that right now. We are more concerned with getting the details right on the paperwork. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just us trying to make sure the work is handled. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when we have several clients visiting at the same time. We don’t have a fancy lobby, so people just sit where they can. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. Most of the time, the noise from the street is just background hum that we don't even notice anymore.
