We started this place, Etech Solutions Andservices Privatelimited, right here in Dev Nagar on Gali No.1. It’s a busy little area, and we’ve been at 168/24 for a while now. Most people around here just know us for fixing stuff and getting the tech work done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a small team, mostly just us and a couple of helpers who know their way around a computer. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that because we’re usually too busy working on whatever came in that morning. Sometimes the street gets crowded with rickshaws and delivery bikes, but we like being in the middle of things. We just try to get the jobs finished on time so people can get back to their day. It’s not always quiet in the office, especially when we’re all trying to solve a tricky problem at once or when the printer starts acting up again. We’ve had some long nights here, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small setup like this one. There’s a tea shop nearby we visit way too often just to get a break from the screens. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or brochures. People just drop by the shop or call us up when something breaks or they need a new system set up. It’s straightforward work. We keep the tools ready and the desks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Living and working in this part of Delhi means you see a lot of the same faces, and we like that. It feels more like a community than just a place of business.
