If you know Chawri Bazar, you already know how crowded and loud it gets every single day. We are located in the Lala Chuttan Lal Bhawan, which is on Bajrang Bali Street at number 3446. It is a very old part of the city, and the building definitely reflects that with its very thick walls and high ceilings. Crux Softwares is located up a flight of old stone stairs that are worn down in the middle from decades of people walking on them. The street outside is always full of rickshaws, delivery carts, and people shouting, but once you are inside the Bhawan, it gets surprisingly a lot quieter. We have a couple of large rooms with big windows that look out onto the narrow, winding alley. The electrical wiring in these old buildings is always a bit of a mess to look at, but we've managed to get all our desks and systems running fine. It’s a completely different kind of vibe working in Chawri Bazar compared to the new glass office blocks in the suburbs. You can really feel the history of the place around you. We drink a lot of chai from the small shop right downstairs. The space is a bit cluttered with stacks of papers and boxes, and there’s always a faint smell of old paper and spices from the market outside. We like being at 3446 Bajrang Bali Street; it has a real character you just don't find elsewhere in Delhi.
