We’re over in North West Delhi, in the Saraswati Vihar area. Our spot is at C-536, and it’s where all the work for Creapptic Software Solutions happens. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, a mix of residential houses and small businesses. We aren't a huge firm with a tall glass building. Our office is just a regular space where we’ve set up our workstations and some basic furniture. It can get a bit messy with cables, power strips, and notes everywhere, but that’s just part of the process. We focus on software, and we spend a lot of time testing things and fixing errors. There’s no corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in where we are needed, whether it's coding or fixing a printer. We don't have a formal dress code, so most days we’re just in t-shirts and jeans. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have big speeches about the future; we just look at the tasks for the day and try to finish them. Sometimes the traffic in Saraswati Vihar makes the morning commute a real pain, but we manage. We like being in this part of the city. It feels real and grounded. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just a group of people who know how to build software and want to do it without all the extra fluff and corporate nonsense. We keep things down to earth.
