You can find us over at the VPCI, which is the Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, right inside the Delhi University campus. Our specific spot is within the Department of Microbiology. It’s a bit of an unusual place for a Cognizant Tech Solutions office, being tucked away in a medical and academic research building like this. We are usually coordinating with Dr. Mridula Bose’s department. The atmosphere is very different from a typical corporate office. You have students and researchers walking around the halls all day. Delhi University is always full of life, especially in the North Campus area where we are. The pin code is 110007. It can be quite a maze to find the Microbiology department if you haven't been here before. We spend our days surrounded by lab equipment and academic files. It's not always quiet; there’s a lot of chatter from the university outside. The canteen nearby is where we usually end up for tea. The building itself feels historic, like most of the VPCI. It has those high ceilings and heavy doors. We don't really have a separate entrance, we just use the main ones. It’s a very practical arrangement for the work we do. Being in Delhi, the pollution and the heat are things we deal with every day, but the campus greenery makes it a little bit better than the rest of the city.
