Our place is in the Chainsukh Market in Greater Noida. It’s a busy little market area where you can find just about anything if you look hard enough. We’ve got our office set up here among all the other shops and businesses. It’s a practical location for us. The morning starts with the sound of shutters opening all around the market. We get our coffee from the stall nearby and settle in for the day. Bsoft India Technologies isn't a fancy name on a skyscraper. We are right there in the thick of the daily market life. Our office is filled with the usual stuff like computers, cables, and stacks of notebooks. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on our screens, working through different technical problems. Sometimes customers from the market wander in thinking we sell hardware, and we have to explain we do more of the software side of things. It's a friendly place to be. We don't have a big HR department or corporate meetings. We just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. It’s a very direct way of working. By the time evening rolls around, the market gets even busier, and we usually wrap things up and head out with the crowd. The lights in the hallway flicker sometimes, but we don't mind much.
