Brandculture Infotech Private Limited is based at Plot No 6 in Roop Nagar, over in Salimar Bagh. It’s a decent area, fairly quiet for the most part, which we like. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is basically just one large room where we all sit together. We aren't big on partitions or private offices because it feels too cold. It’s better to just be able to shout a question across the room when someone gets stuck. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up and answers it. We focus on the tech side of things mostly. We spent a lot of time getting the setup right when we first moved into Roop Nagar. It was a bit of a shell when we got it, but we’ve made it comfortable enough with some old furniture and good lighting. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk about synergy and growth. We just want to make sure the projects we take on are finished on time and work properly. It’s a lot of work running a private limited company, especially with all the paperwork the government requires from us. We handle it all ourselves. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is looming, and other days we head out early if the work is done. It’s a flexible way to work and we appreciate the freedom.
