Biomantra

Biomantra is located on Kolhapur Road in Kamla Nager, which is a really lively part of New Delhi110007. Our address is B 12, and if you know this area, you know how crowded and energetic it can be. We are right in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with biotech supplies and various lab requirements. The building we are in is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it has character. We don't have a big lobby or a flashy sign. Most of our work happens in small rooms filled with specialized equipment and boxes waiting to be sent out. The sound of the market is always there in the background, which we’ve grown to enjoy over the years. We take our lunches at the local stalls nearby, and that’s often the best part of the day. It is a bit chaotic inside sometimes, especially when multiple orders come in at once. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just tell it like it is. If something is out of stock, we say so. If a delivery is going to be late because of Delhi traffic, we let people know. It’s an honest way of doing business in a very busy city. We’ve made a lot of friends in the neighborhood over the years, from other shop owners to the people who deliver our mail. It’s not perfect, but it’s our way of working.
