Bharat Engineers & Promoters

We are located at E509 on Street No. 11 in Majlis Park, near Adarsh Park. Bharat Engineers & Promoters is really just a group of us working on construction and engineering projects. Our office is tucked away in the neighborhood, so it feels very local. We don't have a glass building or a lobby. It’s more like a house that’s been turned into a workspace. You’ll find rolls of maps and site photos pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office can be quiet during the middle of the day. When we are here, it’s usually to handle the planning or the accounts. We’ve been in the Majlis Park area for years, and we’ve seen the streets change quite a bit. It’s a busy part of the city, but Street 11 is usually manageable. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to our clients. We just explain what can be done and how long it might take. Sometimes the plans change halfway through, and we have to sit down and scratch our heads for a bit. That’s just the nature of the work. We drink plenty of tea and keep the door open when the weather is nice. It’s a simple operation with people who have been doing this for a long time. No fluff, just engineering and promotion work. We try to be helpful to anyone who stops by with a question about their property.
