Ashoka Arts

Ashoka Arts is right here at 244 in Jawahar Mkt. It’s a busy spot near the Metro Building by Ajmeri Gate. We spend most of our days dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s Phatak Karod, so things get a bit loud and crowded outside sometimes. That’s just how this part of town is. We have been in this shop for a while now. The space isn't huge but it fits everything we need for the day's work. Usually, one of us is here from morning till late evening. You see a lot of different people walking past heading to the metro. Sometimes the tea guy comes around and we take a short break. It’s not fancy or anything. Just a regular workplace where we get stuff done. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. It can be easy to miss if you are rushing. We keep things pretty simple. There are always papers or tools lying around depending on what we are fixing or making that day. It gets hot in the summer but we have a small fan that keeps things okay. Most of the people who come in are regulars from around the market. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby too. It is a tight community here. Nothing much changes day to day, which is fine by us. We just keep working and keeping the shop open for whoever needs us next.
