Down near Kashmere Gate at Ganda Nala Bazar, that’s where you’ll find Arora Corporation. We are at 1/506. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s mostly about parts and wholesale trade. It’s a tough place to navigate with all the rickshaws and loaders moving about. We’ve been operating out of this small office for quite some time. It’s mostly paperwork and boxes piled up to the ceiling. We handle various supplies that people in the trade need. It’s not the kind of place where you come to browse pretty things. It’s practical. We talk to suppliers, check the inventory, and make sure orders get out. The air is always full of the smell of old paper and engine oil from the street. My father started this business, and now I’m here most days. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the regulars who have been buying from us for years. We don’t have fancy signs or a big marketing team. People find us because they know the address or someone gave them our card. The stairs are a bit steep and the lighting could be better, but it’s our space. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s how things are done in Kashmere Gate. Every day is a bit of a struggle with the heat and the crowds, but we like the routine.
