Ajuj Gupta

We are currently operating out of the Bawana site office. It’s a practical location for Ajuj Gupta because it’s right where the action is. The office itself is more of a temporary-feeling setup, mostly because we focus on the work happening outside. It’s got all the basics we need like desks, a few chairs, and a lot of maps and plans pinned to the walls. Dust is a bit of a constant battle here, but that’s just how it is on a site. We spend most of our day coordinating between different people and making sure things move along. It’s not a place for sitting around in suits. We’re usually in boots and ready to head out to the field. The coffee isn’t great, but it keeps us going. There’s a lot of noise from machines and trucks nearby, so you have to talk a bit louder. We don’t really have a big corporate story to tell. We’re just here to get the project done. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we’re a tight-knit group. We eat lunch together when we can and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a very hands-on environment. No one here is afraid to get their hands dirty. We just show up at the Bawana site and do the work that’s expected of us every single day. That is how we keep the progress moving.
