A One Like Man S Saloon in Prem Ngr, Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad. We are right near the Gaushala Phatak so you can hear the trains passing by all the time. The shop is for men who need a quick cut or a shave. We have the usual chairs and the big mirrors that show every bit of grey hair. It gets dusty because of the road outside but we sweep the floor every hour or so. The water heater takes a bit of time in the winter so we tell people to wait a few minutes before we start. We have some posters of cricketers on the wall from a few years back. Vijay Nagar is a busy area and men stop by on their way back from the market. It is a small space so if three people are waiting it feels very full. We use the same old razors and change the blades for every person. The towels are always drying on the rack out back. I have been working here for a long time and I know how most of the local guys like their hair done. Some want it very short and others just a trim. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basic stuff that keeps you looking decent for your job. It is an honest living and we stay open late most nights.
