3I Infotech Ltd

We are located over at A 234 2 in Phase 1 of Ashok Vihar. It is one of those parts of Delhi that always feels like it is right in the middle of everything. The office for 3I Infotech Ltd isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard building in a busy row. Inside, the setup is pretty much all about the work. We have got rows of desks and a lot of wiring that we try to keep tidy, though it doesn't always stay that way during a long week. It gets loud during the day with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at data, so it is mostly a quiet vibe inside despite the city noise outside the windows. We aren’t big on decorations or motivational posters. We just have the stuff we need to get the software and services running. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area, talking about anything other than computers. It is an honest way to spend the day. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. It is just a regular Delhi office where we try to stay on top of our tasks without making things more complicated than they need to be.
