J. M. Biotech (P) Ltd.

J. M. Biotech (P) Ltd. is based at B-21 in the Nabadarsha Housing Co-Op. Society Ltd., around the Birati and Bankra area. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a biotech company, being in a housing society, but it works well for us. It’s quieter than being in a big industrial zone. We have our lab and office space set up here, and we spend most of our hours doing technical work. It’s not a place with shiny glass walls or high-tech decor. It looks more like a regular workplace where people actually get things done. We deal with a lot of scientific processes, which means we have to be careful and follow our routines. Sometimes the work is slow because things just take time to develop or test properly. We aren't here to give sales pitches or use big marketing slogans. We just focus on the biotech side of things and try to keep our records straight. The neighborhood is nice, and it’s good to be away from the main city noise. We have a small staff, and we all know each other pretty well. It’s a simple way to run a business. We handle our daily tasks, keep the equipment clean, and make sure we’re following the rules for our sector. It’s not fancy, but it is what we do. We like being part of this community while we do our research and work.
