We are located over at Basunagar, specifically units 386 and 389. You’ll find us right near Gate No.-1 in Madhyamgram. It’s a decent area to work out of, even if the roads get a bit narrow when the bigger vans try to pass through. We handle exports, which sounds a lot more glamorous than it actually feels on a Tuesday afternoon when you’re checking boxes. Most of our time is spent making sure everything is packed correctly and the paperwork matches up. It’s a lot of double-checking. The space here is mostly storage and a small area for the desk work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a working warehouse through and through. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know who does what without having to talk about it too much. Madhyamgram has grown a lot, and we’ve seen the changes from our spot near the gate. Sometimes the power goes out or a shipment is late, but we just figure it out. We aren't into big speeches or long meetings. We just want to get the goods where they need to go. It’s a lot of physical work and staying organized. If you come by Gate 1, you can’t really miss us. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job every day and get home to our families on time.
