Vikalp Physiotherapy Clinic

Our physiotherapy clinic is located at A-95 in Block A of Sector 33. It is a pretty straightforward spot to get to if you are in this part of the city. We have a few different rooms set up with mats, weights, and some of the bigger machines used for exercises. The space isn't huge, so we have to be organized about how we move things around. Most days start early with people coming in before they head off to their own jobs. You’ll hear the sound of people working hard and the occasional clank of equipment being moved. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice to get some fresh air in, though Sector 33 can be a bit dusty sometimes. The walls have some charts on them showing how the body works, but mostly they are just plain. We don’t have a fancy reception desk; it’s more of a small table where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s a hands-on kind of place where things get a bit sweaty and tired, but that is just the nature of physiotherapy. We use every bit of space we have in Block A to make sure there is enough room for people to stretch out. There are always towels that need washing and equipment that needs a quick wipe down after someone is finished with it. It is just a local clinic where we focus on the basic physical tasks that help people move better.
